Kitting and Packing involves the selection and grouping of related components into a single deliverable, allowing companies to gain efficiencies such as a reduced number of purchase orders, reduced administration costs and reduction in stock holding via deliveries Just in Time.

TW Metals can produce a kit of parts under a single part number, this allows you the customer to process in a more effective way and deliver direct to your assembly process the required parts in one transaction. Both manufactured and bought in items such as fixings, fittings etc will be managed ensuring a complete kit is delivered.

TW Metals will work with you to design the most efficient delivery method, these can be as simple as segregation within plastic packaging right through to bespoke designed cases that can be re-used for continued supply on request or through Kanban controlled processes.
